Modernization of the post office in Katowice
Katowice residents can now use all Poczta Polska services at the modernized post office at 17 Obrońców Westerplatte Street. Modern decor, an attractive location, and accessibility to the needs of people with mobility disabilities are just some of the advantages of the facility.
One of the company's priorities is to provide customers with access to its network in attractive locations, where they can take advantage of a full range of services: postal, banking, and insurance. To ensure the convenience and efficiency of its services, the company decided to modernize its facility in Katowice at 17 Obrońców Westerplatte Street. The modernization included the customer service area and the facility's facade.
The modernized Katowice branch features a modern design, which is being gradually rolled out at Poczta Polska branches across the country and is highly appreciated by postal users. Customers have access to two convenient counters where they can handle all their needs from the entire Poczta Polska Group, as well as a retail area. The branch also features a mass customer service desk and a financial desk.
The branch is also accessible to people with disabilities. Customer service will be available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. At the post office, you can send cards, letters, and parcels, use financial services such as deposits and withdrawals, and purchase stamps. Customers can choose from a wide selection of items: cards, cards, envelopes, packaging, newspapers, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's items, and sweets. You can also open a free account with Bank Pocztowy, take out a loan, or purchase insurance.
