Polish Post: customer service during the long May weekend
The availability of postal facilities during the May holidays changes. The facilities will resume work from May 5 this year. And they will serve customers at standard hours.
On April 30 (Wednesday) post offices will be open at a standard time, with the exception of 24 -hour institutions, active on that day until 24:00.
May 1 and 3 (Thursday, Saturday) The network of facilities remains closed.
On May 2 (Friday), the work of postal facilities is resumed in accordance with the standard working time, with 24-hour branches resume work in the hourly range 06:00-08: 00. Postal facilities (also 24 -hour and the longest open in a given voivodship) will be open up to a maximum of 22:00.
May 4 (non-commercial Sunday) The work of postal facilities is resumed in accordance with the standard working time for that day, while 24-hour facilities resume work in the hourly range 06: 00-08: 00.
In addition, post offices, located in facilities operating at a different work time (e.g. ministries, courts, tax offices, commune offices, centers/shopping malls) will adapt the working hours to the time of the entities in which they are located.
