Customer service during the Christmas and New Year period

Post office hours will change over the Christmas and New Year period

Post offices that are normally open on Saturdays, December 23rd, will serve customers during standard opening hours. On December 24th (Sunday), only offices normally open on non-trading Sundays (including 24-hour offices) will be open until 12:00 noon.

On December 25 and 26 (Monday and Tuesday), all offices will be closed. On December 27 (Wednesday), post offices will resume normal business hours.

On December 30, post offices normally open on Saturdays will operate under standard opening hours. On December 31, only 24-hour offices and offices normally open on non-trading Sundays will be open until 2:00 PM. All offices will be closed on New Year's Day. On January 2, post offices will resume operations according to standard opening hours.

On January 6th (Saturday), Epiphany, all branches will be closed. On January 7th (non-trading Sunday), branches normally open on that day, as well as 24-hour branches, will resume operations.

Branches located in facilities on which they are dependent (e.g. ministries, courts, tax offices, municipal offices, shopping centers or malls) may operate at hours other than those specified above.
