Polish Post: customer service during the holiday season

Post offices will be open to customers on Holy Saturday, but their opening hours will change. Post offices will be closed on the public holidays of April 9 and 10, but will be open for business during standard opening hours starting April 11.

Post offices that are permanently open on Saturdays on April 8th will serve customers until 1:00 p.m. at the latest. Post offices that are usually open 24 hours a day and open the longest in a given voivodeship will be available until 3:00 p.m. at the latest.

Branches located in facilities on which they are dependent (e.g. ministries, courts, tax offices, municipal offices, shopping centers or malls) may operate at hours other than those specified above – depending on the opening hours of the facilities.

On public holidays, i.e., Easter Sunday (April 9) and Easter Monday (April 10), the entire post office network will be closed. Operations will resume on April 11, 2020, in accordance with standard business day hours.
