Poczta Polska will serve the tax administration throughout the country
Poczta Polska has signed a new contract with the Tax Administration Chamber (IAS) in Poznań. Following the successful tender, the company will provide postal services to all tax administration chambers, the National Tax Information Service and its subordinate units, and the National School of Taxation. The contract is valid until 2023.
The agreement covers the provision of domestic and international postal services, including the acceptance, transportation, and delivery of postal items (letters and parcels), as well as the collection of mail from locations specified by the customer throughout the country. It also envisages the development of a hybrid service, which involves accepting mail containing correspondence in electronic form, printing and enveloping it, and then transporting and delivering it in paper form to the recipient.
This is another comprehensive agreement that Poczta Polska has signed with the Tax Administration Chamber. Like previous agreements, it covers a broad range of services, demonstrating the company's reliability and trust. We have adapted our offering to the client's current needs while also providing a more flexible framework for cooperation. This allows us to provide hybrid services within the scope specified by the client.

The agreement will be implemented for the benefit of all units of the National Revenue Administration, which include the following organizational units: 16 tax administration chambers, 400 tax offices, 153 customs and tax offices (including delegations and customs branches), the National Revenue Information Office with its delegations and the National School of Taxation with its branches.
In 2021, Poczta Polska participated in nearly 2,000 tenders. It was selected as the service provider in 99.6% of them. Among other contracts, it signed an agreement with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) for the delivery of social security benefits in cash to a designated address and an order with the Judiciary Purchasing Center for comprehensive court correspondence management. The company remains a leading operator in the letter services market and serves key business entities, such as telecommunications companies, energy companies, banks, and public administration entities.
