Polish Post warns against cybercriminal attacks

Please be advised that Poczta Polska does not run any loyalty programs on social media.

Cybercriminals have once again impersonated the Polish Post Office (Poczta Polska) brand and are attempting to steal customers' personal information. In addition to randomly sending emails about winning the latest smartphone models, they are also impersonating the Polish Post Office using well-known social media platforms.

The emails sent by scammers claim to be about a supposed Polish Post loyalty program, where the first 1,000 people will receive a free phone. All they need to do is provide their details and follow the fake "Poczta Polska" profile.

We remind you that the correct address for the Poczta Polska Facebook page is: https://www.facebook.com/pocztapolska . Please also exercise caution online.

If you receive suspicious messages or suspect any irregularities or discrepancies, please report the matter to the police and immediately inform us at cyberbezpieczenstwo[at]poczta-polska.pl . This will allow us to warn other online users.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that Poczta Polska is not responsible for the consequences of actions taken by customers in messages disseminated by other entities, including entities impersonating Poczta Polska.
