Poczta Polska opened its 29th office in Olsztyn
Olsztyn residents can now use all Poczta Polska services at a modern post office in the Zatorze neighborhood. One of the postal operator's priorities is to provide customers with access to a network of branches in attractive locations, where they can use postal, banking, and insurance services..
Despite the pandemic, Poczta Polska is fulfilling its commitments to customers regarding the availability of postal services. A new branch of the Olsztyn 3 Post Office has been opened at 4 Borowa Street, apt. 3. This is the 29th post office in the city.
"One of the Post Office's priorities is ensuring accessibility to our branches, so customers have access to their post office. We open new branches where there is demand for our services and economic justification. The new branch in the Zatorze housing estate, with adequate space and customer service, will certainly meet the demand for postal services and will be an important service point," says Sławomir Gałkowski, Director of the Olsztyn Network Region.
The facility, adapted to serve disabled people, has been designed with a modern and user-friendly interior, which is being gradually implemented at Poczta Polska branches across the country and is appreciated by postal users. Customers will have two convenient counters where they can handle all matters from the entire Poczta Polska Group, as well as a retail area.
Customer service will be available Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. At the post office, you'll be able to send cards, letters, and parcels, use financial services like deposits and withdrawals, and purchase stamps. You can also open a free account with Bank Pocztowy, take out a loan, or purchase insurance. The Self-Service Shopping Zone offers a wide selection of items: cards, vouchers, envelopes, packaging, newspapers, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's items, and sweets.
There are 29 post offices in Olsztyn, including 2 postal agencies, and throughout the Network Region: 80 post offices, 107 branches and 134 postal agencies.
In accordance with Poczta Polska's Strategy for 2021–2023, new post offices are being opened in locations that ensure their profitability, and existing ones will be transformed and expanded to maximize the potential for sales of services and commercial goods. Poczta Polska has over 7,600 offices nationwide. This is the largest network providing services in the country, even during the pandemic.
