Poczta Polska is a logistics partner in the Empik Premium program
Poczta Polska has become a logistics partner in the Empik Premium program. For a monthly fee ranging from PLN 6.67 to PLN 9.99, Empik customers can take advantage of free parcel pickup at the Pick-Up Point network. The fee depends on the subscription plan.
Poczta Polska's partnership with the Empik Premium Program is consistent with the company's strategic efforts to increase its share in the dynamically growing e-commerce market. It also provides an opportunity to promote and acquire new customers for Poczta Polska, the largest click&collect network in the country.
Currently, with Pickup at Point, you can pick up your Empik parcel at post offices and PKN Orlen gas stations. The main advantages of this online shopping option include proximity to the location, high delivery efficiency (parcels are held for a minimum of 7 days at no additional charge), and flexible pickup times (delivery available late in the evening and on weekends).
As part of the Premium program, Empik offers, among others:
- 15% discount in Empik stores when purchasing books, music, films, toys, stationery and creative products as well as Empik collections;
- up to 20% special discount on over 250,000 products marked with the Premium label and the opportunity to take advantage of great offers available only at Empik Premium;
- Up to 3% cashback on purchases to your Empik.com account. Cashback can be up to 600 PLN per year;
- Free delivery on orders over PLN 40 for products marked Premium. This offer does not apply to cash on delivery orders.
