Poczta Polska is once again organizing a summer internship program
Poczta Polska has once again launched its Postal Career Academy, an internship program for students and graduates. Participants gain experience and skills essential for their professional careers, and the company gains valuable new employees, not just for the summer. Many people who join Poczta Polska this way end up staying with the company for a long time.
Poczta Polska invites students in their final years of studies (3rd year of bachelor's studies or 4th-5th year of master's studies) and university graduates who are under 30 years of age on the date of starting the internship to participate in the "Postal Career Academy" program.
Three-month, paid internships are available at the company's headquarters, in units dealing with accounting, controlling, treasury, infrastructure, sales, communications, and HR. Current internship offers can be found here .
In 2023, Poczta Polska is organizing the Postal Career Academy at the company's headquarters for the second time. Four times, students and graduates have had the opportunity to complete internships under the program, also in regional HR units. A total of approximately 60 people participated, nearly a third of whom were employed by the company. Surveys conducted at the end of the internship show that 80% of interns would like to work at Poczta Polska, and 90% of them would recommend an internship with the company.
Poczta Polska accepts people for internships not only through the Postal Career Academy. Every year, the company receives from several dozen to several hundred people through collaborations with employment offices, foundations and associations, technical schools, and vocational schools, among others. In some areas, it also organizes assisted internships for students of special education schools (including the Poczta Polska Special Educational Center in Skawina).
Last year, Poczta Polska signed an agreement with Collegium Humanum – Warsaw Management University, concerning, among other things, the implementation of professional internships for university students in organizational units of Poczta Polska.
