We promote patriotic events organized by the Ministry of National Defense
Posters inviting people to military picnics organized by the Ministry of National Defense to celebrate Polish Armed Forces Day on August 15 have appeared at post offices. As part of the upcoming celebrations, Poczta Polska will also open a stand at the National Stadium in Warsaw on August 14.
Post office customers can learn about the new "WEEKEND WITH THE ARMY AUGUST 13–15, 2022" campaign. Information about it is included on posters advertising the event. Military picnics will be held in 50 locations across the country. The campaign aims not only to celebrate the great victory of the Polish army in the Battle of Warsaw (1920) but also to promote Voluntary Military Service. As part of the celebration, Poczta Polska invites you to visit its special philatelic stand at the National Stadium in Warsaw on August 14 from 8:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
As a national operator with a strategic role for the state, Poczta Polska collaborates with many institutions, including the Ministry of National Defense. In June, it joined the ministry's information campaign, related to the entry into force of the Homeland Defense Act, aimed, among other things, at increasing the size of the Polish Armed Forces. Poczta Polska also launched the "Shoulder to Shoulder with Territorial Defense Forces" program, key elements of which include the participation of postal workers in building universal readiness to defend the territory of the Republic of Poland within the ranks of the Territorial Defense Force. At the beginning of 2022, Poczta Polska also joined the Ministry of National Defense's "Fight Against Disinformation" campaign. At that time, posters and leaflets warning against the dissemination of information that could threaten the security of Poland and Poles were placed in approximately 4,700 post offices.
Poczta Polska systematically supports information campaigns organized by the state and its agencies. The company has been involved in, among other things, publicizing announcements prepared by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) ("Count and don't miscalculate!" – a call for prudent investment and financial decision-making), the Polish Safer Internet Center (online safety), the Police (fraud related to money extortion), and PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA ("Safe Crossing"). It has also actively participated in the #WallBehindPolishMundurem campaign and the promotion of the National COVID-19 Vaccination Program.
