Poczta Polska reminds us of the safety rules at its branches

Message_masksTo minimize the risk of the spread of the coronavirus and to ensure the safety of employees and customers, special safety zones have been designated at Poczta Polska branches. Customers are also asked to maintain a safe distance of at least 1.5 meters from each other while waiting for service. We also remind customers visiting post offices that they must cover their noses and mouths.

Customers receiving service should line up behind the tape on the floor, 1.5 meters from the employee. This is to minimize situations where customers and employees are less than a meter apart. Postal workers will ask customers to approach the service desk one by one. Closer contact is only possible upon the employee's explicit request to present documents or perform other necessary actions.

Customers at post offices should wear a face covering. This can be done with a disposable mask, a cloth mask, a scarf, a shawl, or even a muffler.

For their own safety and that of our employees, we recommend that customers use cashless payments, such as by card or phone. This will also reduce customer service times and queue times.

Since the beginning of March this year, Poczta Polska has taken a number of measures to minimize the risk of the virus spreading. Providing employees with personal protective equipment has been a constant effort since the beginning of the epidemic in Poland. Poczta Polska is taking all measures to counteract the spread of the coronavirus responsibly and transparently, out of concern for customers and employees.
