Poczta Polska expands cooperation with Avon
Avon has opened the door for Piękna Ambassadors to picking up their orders at additional Poczta Polska click&collect locations. Previously, Avon parcels could be ordered for pickup at post offices, Orlen gas stations, and Ruch kiosks. Now, Ambassadors can also choose from nearly 5,800 Żabka stores.
Among the main advantages of the Pick-up Point service, Poczta Polska customers value the proximity of the location, high delivery efficiency (parcels wait for collection for at least 7 days without additional fees) and flexible collection hours (possibility of collecting parcels late in the evening and on weekends), the possibility of collection using a unique code.
In the first half of 2019, one in four parcels shipped by Poczta Polska customers reached the collection point network, and the volume of shipments exceeded the volume shipped in all of 2018. The collection point network, which includes post offices, Żabka stores, and Orlen gas stations, currently comprises 11,700 locations. Poczta Polska is currently expanding this network with new machines with 24-hour access at selected post offices and Biedronka supermarkets. By the end of October this year, 200 such machines will be operational across Poland. These machines will provide Poczta Polska customers with additional locations where they can collect their parcels at any time and on their own terms.
