Poczta Polska (Polish Post) is systematically increasing the availability of its services and expanding its network of locations where you can send and collect your parcels. These include partner locations, i.e., retail outlets that cooperate with it. Currently, these include Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, Arhelan, and now also Duży Ben and Euro Sklep, all part of the Eurocash Group. In total, including post offices, there are over 18,000 locations throughout Poland.

Research shows that the e-commerce sector is constantly growing, and customers are eager to shop online. According to the Gemius report "E-commerce in Poland 2023," as many as 79% of internet users in Poland shop online. They do so for reasons including convenience and speed. They expect not only to order their desired or essential items this way, but also to receive their parcels in the same way.

The goal of developing Pocztex PUNKT's network of partner points is to meet customer expectations and increase their convenience. Pocztex, together with its technology partner, Pointpack, ensures the ability to use the most popular services conveniently: quickly, close to home or work, and conveniently while handling other errands. Shipping, collecting, or returning a parcel should be a simple and effortless experience for customers. The increasingly broad reach of Pocztex PUNKT (post offices and partner points) provides this opportunity: the stores the company partners with have an extensive network, are also located in smaller towns, and have long opening hours, where parcels can be stored for more than 48 hours. By expanding the network of partner points to include Duży Ben and Euro Sklep stores, customers have gained several hundred new locations where they can send and collect parcels.

Throughout the Pocztex PUNKT network, both at post offices and in stores, customers can collect and send parcels, even without printing a label. For customer comfort and convenience, parcels are held for 7 days from the date of notification. The option of collecting and sending parcels at points also contributes to environmental protection by reducing CO2 emissions and reducing the number of kilometers driven by couriers.

Poczta Polska also offers customers other options for using its parcel services. In addition to Pocztex PUNKT, it offers Pocztex KURIER – delivery to a specified address, and Pocztex AUTOMAT – delivery to a network of parcel machines, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
