Poczta Polska is developing cooperation with the Żabka chain: sending and returning parcels is possible
Poczta Polska has launched a pilot return option for goods purchased online at Answear.com across the entire Żabka chain of stores.
The e-commerce market is constantly evolving, and this trend will continue in the long term. Customers are increasingly choosing the convenient way to purchase goods online. Online shopping for electronics, clothing, books, and toys has been supplemented with new items previously purchased in traditional brick-and-mortar stores. Poles are increasingly ordering medicines, food, and home and garden items online. Each transaction involving an online purchase results in a new shipment. It's up to the customer to choose the most convenient delivery method.
Collecting Polish Post parcels at Żabka is a very popular option, available since 2017. In addition to collecting parcels, you can also send them via https://paczki.zabka.pl – either with delivery to a specified address or with the option of picking them up at a selected Żabka store. You can pay for your parcel online and then take it to a Żabka store.
Recently, Poczta Polska, together with Żabka Polska and its technology partner PointPack SA, launched a pilot project for the return of goods purchased online. The first Poczta Polska business partner to take advantage of the comprehensive shipping and returns option through the Żabka network is Answear.com, a multibrand online store.
Poles are adapting very well to the new reality and are quickly changing their shopping habits. This may mean that some will permanently adopt online shopping. For logistics operators, including Poczta Polska, this presents a huge opportunity to further develop modern delivery channels, including the increasingly popular parcel pickup points, of which Poczta Polska already has 13,600.
