Poczta Polska now offers its customers 15,000 collection points

1190-670To meet customer expectations, Poczta Polska is developing a click&collect network that makes collecting purchases from online stores simple and convenient. The company already has the largest network in the country – 15,000 locations, which includes branches and automated postal services, as well as Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, and Biedronka stores, Orlen gas stations, and RUCH kiosks. 

With the maximum convenience and comfort of customers shopping online in mind, Poczta Polska is consistently expanding its Pick-up Point network, which, in addition to several thousand of its own post offices and postal machines, also includes parcel collection points in partner networks known and liked by consumers.

" Convenience, the greatest customer accessibility, and universal service throughout Poland are the key advantages of our network. Customers want to collect goods ordered from online stores easily, while taking care of everyday matters, and we make this possible, " says Tomasz Zdzikot, President of the Management Board. " We are gradually expanding our network and are also in talks with global partners who can expand the network even further. According to the Poczta Polska Strategy for 2021-2023, the number of collection points will exceed 20,000 by the end of next year and will gradually increase in the coming years, " emphasizes Tomasz Zdzikot.

The Pocztex Kurier 48 service with the Pick-up Point delivery option is enjoying steadily growing popularity, as is the Celuj w Punkt! e-commerce offering. In the last two months alone, Poczta Polska has acquired over 1,400 new business partners for its courier services.

A wide selection and diverse locations across the country guarantee that every customer will find a convenient location near them, often just a few minutes' walk from their place of work or home. Parcels can be collected while shopping at a nearby store, kiosk, or while filling up. Within our constantly expanding network, over 50% of our locations are open 7 days a week. Parcels can be collected 24/7 from automated mailboxes at Orlen branches and gas stations, and most at Żabka stores from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Therefore, choosing a location can be conveniently tailored to your preferences and lifestyle. The recipient has up to 7 days from the date of the first text message or email notification to collect their parcel, during which time they will receive two reminders about the availability of collection.
