We make our facilities available to support the processing of applications for the "Good Start" benefit.
At 938 selected Poczta Polska (Polish Post) locations, you will be able to obtain assistance in submitting an electronic application for the 300+ benefit under the "Good Start" program. Interested parties will be assisted by ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) employees, who have already begun working at locations in Małopolska and other locations across the country.
This year, applications can be submitted from July 1st to November 30th only electronically, via the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE), the Empatia portal, or through the online banking services of banks that offer this option. 300+ benefits under this year's "GOOD START" program are awarded and paid by ZUS.
Due to the change in the method of submitting applications (previously it was also possible to submit applications on paper forms), Poczta Polska is making post offices available to ZUS employees to facilitate the submission of applications for those who may have difficulties with electronically applying for benefits under the "Good Start" program.
ZUS employees have already begun on-call duties at several offices in the Małopolska Voivodeship and selected post offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, and Włocławek. Soon, duties will also begin at selected offices in other voivodeships. Ultimately, according to current arrangements, this will total 938 locations nationwide, and this list will expand over time.
