Poczta Polska enables business customers to submit a postal power of attorney using a qualified electronic signature
In order to enable the provision of postal services during the pandemic in a way that excludes direct service to interested parties, Poczta Polska is introducing the possibility of submitting a postal power of attorney by a principal with a qualified electronic signature.
To submit a postal power of attorney, a business customer of Poczta Polska completes the Postal Power of Attorney form, which is available for download here . They then transfer the fee for granting the postal power of attorney to their individual account, where they will pay all fees arising from the service agreement with Poczta Polska. The amount paid must correspond to the number and type of postal powers of attorney granted, in accordance with the Price List of Additional Fees .
For additional information, please contact the Postal Representative indicated in the contract.
Important!
Parcels sent by courts and prosecutor's offices will not be issued to an attorney who has been granted a postal power of attorney submitted using a qualified electronic signature.
