Poczta Polska has opened its 22nd post office in Opole
Opole residents can now use all services at the modern post office opened at Dworcowa 1A in Opole's Chmielowice district. The Opole 7 Post Office branch is the 22nd post office in the city.
The company consistently takes steps to improve access to postal services and the comfort of using its wide range of services and products. The new Opole branch is opening in the developing central part of the Chmielowice district, a location sought by local residents. A functional, air-conditioned service area, a full retail area, and facilities for people with disabilities are just some of the new branch's advantages.
" New branches must be established in locations that ensure their profitability, and existing ones are transformed and expanded to maximize the potential for sales of services and goods. Poczta Polska fulfills its commitments to customers regarding the availability of postal services and the convenience of using the full range of products and services. Furthermore, we are constantly improving the customer experience and the working conditions of our employees," emphasizes Krzysztof Falkowski, CEO of Poczta Polska.
The newly opened branch in Opole features a modern, user-friendly design, which is being gradually implemented at Poczta Polska branches across the country and is highly appreciated by postal users. Customers can handle all services offered by the entire Poczta Polska Group and take advantage of the shopping area. The branch is also accessible to people with disabilities.
"One of Poczta Polska's priorities is to provide customers with access to a network of branches in attractive locations, where they can take advantage of the full range of services offered. We complement our friendly and modern interior design with a range of products that are popular with consumers, making it easier to fully utilize our sales potential," emphasizes Andrzej Bodziony, Vice President of Poczta Polska.
Customer service will be available Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Fridays from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Customers have access to two windows where they can send cards, letters, and parcels, use financial services (deposits, withdrawals), and purchase stamps. They can also set up a free account and obtain information about credit and insurance. The Self-Service Retail Zone offers a wide selection of products: cards, vouchers, envelopes, packaging, newspapers, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's items, and sweets.
