Poczta Polska is a co-initiator and signatory of the DM Code of Good Practice

Poczta Polska is one of nine leading companies representing various areas of the Direct Mail industry. Working within the Polish SMB Marketing Association, the Code of Good Practice was developed. A form of industry self-regulation, the Code was created to raise and promote business and ethical standards in relationships with customers, the environment, and within the community, as well as to counteract unfair practices. This is the first collaboration of companies committed to creating conditions conducive to the development of direct mail marketing in Poland.

The companies participating in the Direct Mail Market Council of the Polish SMB Marketing Association , observing changes and industry evolution, have jointly created a document outlining good business and ethical practices. The Code is a set of coherent and transparent principles and regulations necessary for the proper cooperation of all parties offering products or services related to direct mail, as well as their customers. Its goal is to enhance the credibility of the industry, continuously improve the quality of services provided, and promote best practices and a partnership approach among market participants.

The Direct Mail Industry Code of Good Practice not only outlines positive business behaviors and attitudes, but also carries a significant obligation. Companies participating in the Council
are signatories and therefore declare their compliance with it.

SMB, together with the Direct Mail Market Council, monitors compliance with the Code and, in the event of deviations, will challenge signatories to explain and cease bad practices.
