Poczta Polska is switching off unpopular self-service devices and focusing on the development of the Pocztex service.

Poczta Polska is eliminating 24-hour self-service zones (Zones 24), equipped with devices for sending and receiving parcels.

Nowadays, customers are much more likely to choose other options, also offered by Poczta Polska, tailored to their needs and lifestyles. They value convenient, simple, and fast solutions above all. Especially in large metropolitan areas with self-service zones, they are much more likely to choose the option of sending and receiving a parcel close to home, on their way to/from work, or at a frequently visited grocery store.

Poczta Polska is eliminating inefficient solutions and constantly developing services that address the current needs of customers who send and receive parcels, including those buying and selling online. Among other things, it is focusing on developing the multi-channel Pocztex service . Customers can choose the most convenient way to collect their purchases from three available options: Pocztex PUNKT – delivery to a network of points that includes nearly 17,000 locations across Poland; Pocztex AUTOMAT – delivery to parcel machines located nationwide; and Pocztex KURIER – delivery by courier to a specified address.

The company is gradually expanding its network of collection points and implementing convenient features and improvements for customers. Recently, it introduced the option of sending parcels without the need to print a label at partner locations and the Pocztex Thermo Tracking service. It is also developing partnerships with clients in emerging industries (pharmaceutical and optical).
