Poczta Polska resumes some services
We would like to inform you that from June 1, 2020, Poczta Polska is resuming the provision of some services that were suspended in mid-March this year due to the state of epidemic declared in Poland.
From June 1st this year, customers will once again be able to use the Delivery on Request service, which allows them to order the redelivery of a notified registered parcel to the address indicated on the parcel.
On-demand delivery can be arranged in three ways:
- online by completing the electronic form available here ,
- by phone from Mon. to Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.:

801 333 444 from landlines,
- by ordering the service from the postman and handing over a printed and completed form, which is available for download here .
Moreover, at the beginning of June, the provision of an additional service for unaddressed forms will be resumed, consisting in checking the delivery of unaddressed forms with the participation of the customer.
Acceptance of foreign money orders to the Vatican has also resumed. Foreign money orders to Armenia and Egypt remain suspended. Postal orders to other countries remain unchanged.
