Polish Post resumes the service of sending live birds and insects
From May 21, 2020, Poczta Polska resumes accepting Pocztex special parcels containing live birds and insects.
Please note that live birds and insects can be shipped via Poczta Polska in several ways. Customers can use Pocztex's Express 24 service, City Courier, or Direct Courier with the mandatory "Careful" option. Detailed information about each service can be found at www.pocztex.pl .
The sender is obliged to provide packaging adapted to the content being shipped and meeting the requirements specified in animal protection regulations, as well as to mark the shipment with a label or a clear inscription in red: "LIVE ANIMAL" and "CAUTION" and with inscriptions indicating the top and bottom of the shipment.
