Polish Post with a free solution for 20,000 e-shops

At the beginning of November 2019, Poczta Polska made another free module available to its business customers to integrate e-shops with the Electronic Sender application.

From now on, contract customers using Electronic Sender and running a PrestaShop store will be able to take advantage of a free module that integrates the software with the Poczta Polska application. The module allows them to prepare shipments for shipping, link delivery methods to Poczta Polska services, and implement a pickup map at a collection point. Poczta Polska also makes it easier for customers to prepare a parcel containing returned goods. A form is available on the ezwroty.poczta-polska.pl , allowing senders to easily and intuitively prepare parcels for return. Simply select a store and enter the sender's information. If the store is not listed, you will need to enter their details. eReturns can be paid for by the store or the sender. Whether eReturns are free depends on whether the store, after entering into an agreement with Poczta Polska for sending returns, offers this option. If the store does not offer free eReturns or is not listed, the sender of the returned goods will be responsible for the fee, in accordance with the applicable price list.
