Poczta Polska invites you to its new office in the capital's "Złote Tarasy"

The Warsaw 1 Post Office branch is located in the heart of Warsaw – in the Złote Tarasy Shopping Center at 59 Złota Street. The office is located on the ground floor of the shopping center, opposite the main entrance from Warsaw Central Station. It opened on December 5th of this year. Thanks to this convenient location, all essential matters can be handled quickly and without having to climb up and down floors.

The Złote Tarasy shopping center is visited daily by thousands of customers, not only by Warsaw residents but also by visitors and travelers. By opening a new post office branch there, Poczta Polska (Polish Post) is enabling faster and more convenient service for everyday and occasional purchases. Its high sales potential is also enhanced by its location in the city center, near office buildings, hotels, and corporate headquarters.

" One of Poczta Polska's primary goals is to ensure the best possible accessibility to our branches and an optimal level of service for every customer. Our strategy involves developing a network of offices, branches, and postal agencies, both in rural areas and large cities. The new branch in central Warsaw will be an important service point for residents of the capital and numerous visitors. This attractive location will certainly meet the demand for postal services and will be an important service point, " emphasizes Andrzej Bodziony, Vice President of Poczta Polska.

The postal island facility was designed with a modern and user-friendly layout, gradually being introduced to the company's offices and branches across the country. The island and its surrounding infrastructure were designed without architectural barriers, making it accessible to people with disabilities.

" We are opening post offices in Warsaw in developing housing estates, shopping centers, and other locations with high customer traffic. In the near future, to meet the expectations of our customers, we will open eight postal agency offices in Warsaw. They will be located in the following districts: Włochy, Białołęka, Śródmieście, Ursus, Wawer, and Praga Południe, " emphasizes Marek Borowicz, Regional Director of Poczta Polska Network in Warsaw.

Customers can use two post office windows open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The facility will offer a wide range of services offered by both Poczta Polska and entities within the company's capital group. Customers will be able to send parcels, letters, and cards, deposit or withdraw cash, and pay bills. The Poczta Polska location will offer a wide range of special occasion goods: regional souvenirs, gifts, cards, vouchers, envelopes, packaging, and office supplies. With a wide selection of philatelic items and folders, the stand will promote and popularize this form of collecting. Furthermore, visitors will be able to open an account with Bank Pocztowy and take advantage of insurance offers.
