Poczta Polska invites residents of Tarnowskie Góry to a new location of the post office
Branch of the Post Office 1 in Tarnowskie Góry was launched at ul. Armii Krajowej 4a. Thanks to the new location in the center of the Strzybnica district, customers can quickly and closely use a wide range of postal services.
The decision regarding the change of location resulted from both business aspects and an increase in the comfort of customer service and the working conditions of Poczta Polska employees. The current seat of the facility, due to the area, was not adapted to service parcels for two districts of the city.
The new facility was prepared based on modern visualization and solutions were used to ensure high quality and comfort of use. The post office was also adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and people with prams. For the convenience of customers near the facility, there is also a public parking lot.
- We provide the inhabitants of Tarnowskie Góry with a new location of the post office. The office in the new location will ensure efficient service of the growing number of shipments. Residents as well as the city authorities sought to launch the unit. I am glad that we have met the expectations of our clients, and the facility will certainly satisfy the demand for postal services and will be an important service point - says Wioletta Nowak, deputy director of the network region in Katowice.
Customer service will take place from Monday to Thursday from 10: 00–17: 30, and in Fridays from 12: 30-20: 00. Customers will be able to settle all matters from the offer of the entire Poczta Polska group. In the post office, you will be able to send cards, letters, packages, use financial services - payments, payments or buy stamps. In addition, set up a free account at Bank Pocztowy, take a loan or buy insurance. Customers will also be able to take advantage of the rich range of assortment: cards, passes, envelopes, packaging, press, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's articles and sweets.
Currently, there are 9 post offices in Tarnowskie Góry, while in the entire region of the Katowice network customers have almost 630 post offices at their disposal.
