Poczta Polska invites residents of Tarnowskie Góry to the new location of its post office
A branch of Post Office 1 in Tarnowskie Góry has opened at 4a Armii Krajowej Street. Thanks to its new location in the center of the Strzybnica district, customers can quickly and conveniently access a wide range of postal services.
The decision to relocate the post office was based on both business considerations and the need to improve customer service and working conditions for Poczta Polska employees. Due to its limited space, the existing post office was not suitable for handling shipments for two city districts.
The new branch features a modern visualization and incorporates solutions that ensure high quality and comfort of service. The post office is also adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and those using strollers. For customer convenience, there is also public parking nearby.
"We are opening a new post office location to the residents of Tarnowskie Góry. The new location will ensure efficient processing of the growing number of parcels. Both residents and city officials have been pushing for the opening of this branch. I am pleased that we have met our customers' expectations, and the branch will certainly meet the demand for postal services and become an important service point ," says Wioletta Nowak, Deputy Director of the Katowice Network Region.
Customer service will be available Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Fridays from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Customers will be able to handle all matters from the entire Poczta Polska Group. At the post office, they will be able to send cards, letters, and parcels, use financial services such as deposits and withdrawals, and purchase stamps. Furthermore, they can open a free account with Bank Pocztowy, take out a loan, or purchase insurance. Customers will also be able to choose from a wide selection of products: cards, vouchers, envelopes, packaging, newspapers, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's items, and sweets.
Currently, there are 9 post offices in Tarnowskie Góry, and in the entire Katowice Network Region, customers have almost 630 post offices at their disposal.
