In a few weeks, Poczta Polska will open a new parcel sorting facility in Ciemne, Radzymin commune. It will be the company's most modern and fully automated logistics center, equipped with the latest technologies and devices to facilitate work and streamline logistics processes.

Poczta Polska will hire several hundred employees for a variety of positions at the sorting facility in Ciemne near Radzymin, both executive and administrative. Particularly sought are sorting workers who process shipments and cargo, machinery and equipment service technicians, drivers of vehicles with a load capacity exceeding 3.5 tons (Category C and C+E driving licenses), vehicle mechanics and dispatchers, and billing and transport planning staff. Most executive positions do not require prior experience or qualifications; Poczta Polska offers training and preparation for those seeking employment at Ciemne.

As an employer, Poczta Polska is flexible in both working hours and employment arrangements. The offer is aimed at both those seeking permanent full-time employment and those looking for additional work. The company offers 4, 6, or 8-hour shifts, depending on the position, for morning or night shifts. The primary form of employment is an employment contract, but contracts for specific tasks are also available if the employee prefers this type of relationship.

Work at the new sorting facility is adapted to the parcel process and will be carried out in shifts. For the parcel processing position – which will employ the largest number of people – the company offers shift work with the following hours: 2:00–10:00, 18:00–2:00, 23:00–07:00, 01:00–09:00, 15:00–23:00.

All employees will be provided with fixed, timely salaries and bonuses (employment contract), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including subsidized vacations for employees and their families, private medical care, and insurance. Meal vouchers will also be provided for selected positions. An additional benefit is the possibility of transportation to the sorting center (at designated times).

Poczta Polska has prepared comfortable working conditions for current and future employees: separate work zones for various departments performing different types of work, equipped social rooms and a canteen, changing rooms with individual lockers, a rest room for breastfeeding women, parking spaces, including those with the option of charging electric cars, and a bicycle shelter.
