Pocztex Mobile – Poczta Polska has launched an application for handling courier shipments
Poczta Polska has launched the Pocztex Mobile app. It allows users to track and manage Pocztex shipments via mobile devices. This is another solution implemented by Poczta Polska to facilitate the use of the carrier's services.
Pocztex Mobile app users gain access to information about all Pocztex parcels to which their phone number has been assigned – those that have been sent to them (the "Track" tab) and those they have sent themselves (the "Ship" tab). They can also check the current location of parcels belonging to their family and friends. The app also provides information about previously received parcels (the "Archive" tab), which were previously tracked using the app.
"Poczta Polska wants to be as close as possible to its customers, and most of them use mobile devices. The launch of the Pocztex Mobile app is another convenience for those using Pocztex services. We are comprehensively developing and modernizing our courier services: modifying our product offerings, raising service standards, and implementing new technological and logistical solutions. Now we are providing customers with an app that allows them to manage all their courier shipments handled by Poczta Polska. We will gradually expand it with new functionalities. This way, we will bring postal services to the mobile devices we use every day," says Andrzej Bodziony, Vice President of Poczta Polska.
Pocztex Mobile also allows you to search for postal codes, post offices, partner locations, and Pocztex Automat parcel machines where you can pick up and drop off parcels nationwide. The app also allows you to automatically launch navigation to these locations.
People who have questions related to using the application or the courier service can use the answer database ("help" tab) or the option of contacting Poczta Polska consultants – by phone or email.
Using the app requires prior registration, including setting a password and login, providing contact information, accepting the terms and conditions, and logging in via email and password, or through your Google, Apple, Facebook, or Envelo account. If you provide your phone number during registration, information about your shipments will automatically appear in the app. Otherwise, you can search for and manage shipments by entering their number.
The mobile app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS phones) or Google Play (Android phones). The app is free and ad-free if the user opts out of marketing communications. However, not opting out does not prevent the app from being used. For those who have downloaded the app and created an account but, for various reasons, don't have access to a phone but still want to use Pocztex Mobile's features, Poczta Polska has launched the website: nazwa.pocztex.pl . Log in using the same credentials used to log in to the app. The website offers the same functionality as the mobile app.
The Pocztex Mobile app will be developed further. New features will be added systematically, including the ability to send parcels.
Pocztex Mobile is another solution recently implemented by Pocztex Polska to enhance service convenience. For some time now, Pocztex customers have also been able to send parcels without the need to print shipping labels. Parcels with a unique number can only be sent at post offices and their branches, as well as at partner locations (Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Groszek, Arhelan, and Delikatesy Centrum stores). The company has also introduced two new products: Allegro Mini Parcel, which allows Allegro users to send small, inexpensive parcels, and Pocztex Thermo Tracking, an offer for entities whose products require monitored transport conditions (specific temperature).
Poczta Polska is focusing on developing the multi-channel Pocztex service. Customers can choose the most convenient shipping and pickup method from three available options: Pocztex PUNKT – delivery to a network of points that includes 17,000 locations across Poland; Pocztex AUTOMAT – delivery to parcel machines; and Pocztex KURIER – courier delivery to a specified address. Furthermore, Poczta Polska, in collaboration with its partners, is also expanding its collaboration with new functionalities. This applies to both courier shipments for business and retail customers.
At Pocztex PUNKT, a network of post offices and partner locations – Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, and Arhelan stores – for customer comfort and convenience, parcels are delivered within 7 days of receiving notification. Customers can send their parcels at post offices and partner locations using the "Send a Parcel" application at https://www.pocztex.pl/ CO2 emissions .
