Pocztex: Sending parcels without having to print a label
Poczta Polska customers can now send Pocztex courier parcels without having to print shipping labels or visit post offices. Label-free shipments are available at Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Groszek, Arhelan, and Delikatesy Centrum stores. This new functionality means easier shipment preparation and simpler and faster processing for customers.
Customers, who are increasingly willing to conduct more and more business transactions online, expect quick and easy parcel handling. Poczta Polska is constantly developing its services to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers online. In December of last year, customers gained the option to send parcels at Żabka stores, and in February of this year, they also received the option at Eurocash stores. Pocztex parcels can be collected from nearly 17,000 locations nationwide. Another step aimed at simplifying the parcel handling process for customers is the introduction of label-free shipping.
Pocztex parcels can be sent without the need to print a label – convenient, easy, and fast. Thanks to the extensive network of Pocztex PUNKT locations, parcels can be dropped off near work, home, or along your daily commute, at a time and place convenient for you.
The new functionality is Poczta Polska's response to customer demand for fast, hassle-free, and convenient shipping and collection solutions. Poczta Polska is focusing on developing a multi-channel service . Customers can choose the most convenient method of collecting their purchases from three available options: Pocztex PUNKT – delivery to a network of points, which includes nearly 17,000 locations across Poland; Pocztex AUTOMAT – delivery to parcel machines located nationwide; and Pocztex KURIER – courier delivery to a specified address. Furthermore, Poczta Polska, in collaboration with partners such as its technological partner Pointpack, is also expanding its collaboration with new functionalities. This applies to both courier shipments for business and retail customers.
Currently, the Pocztex PUNKT includes, in addition to post offices, partner stores: Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, and Arhelan. Both senders and recipients can take advantage of the full range of store opening hours to send or collect a parcel. For the convenience and comfort of customers, Pocztex PUNKT stores hold their parcels for 7 days from the date of the first notification, and many locations are open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., ensuring that every shopper can find and choose a convenient location.
Customers can now send their parcels to partner locations via https://www.pocztex.pl/ , now also without printing a label. It's worth noting that the option of picking up and sending a parcel in-store also contributes to environmental protection by reducing the number of kilometers traveled by couriers and, consequently, CO2 emissions .
