Poczta Polska has introduced a delivery service for products requiring special transport conditions. Pocztex Thermo Tracking is a proprietary temperature monitoring system. Monitoring is performed at the receipt, route, and delivery stages. The use of temperature monitoring, combined with fast courier delivery to even the most remote locations in Poland, ensures the safety and speed of pharmaceutical product transport.
Pocztex Thermo Tracking is specifically targeted at online pharmacies and drugstores. The service's introduction has resulted in a 20% increase in Pocztex shipments from these particularly demanding online stores. Currently, the new offer is available to all mail-order pharmacies and drugstores that have signed an agreement with Poczta Polska.
There are approximately 150 pharmacies operating online in the Polish market. Ten percent of these pharmacies were listed among the TOP 100 E-commerce Companies in Poland for 2021. Customers are increasingly choosing these types of online stores. 16% of online shoppers shop in pharmacies.
