Service break for parcel machines
On January 12, 2025, from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM, a maintenance outage is planned for the parcel machine technical infrastructure. Updating a single APM will result in a temporary downtime for users, lasting approximately 5-10 minutes. During this time, the RIAPM system and related functionalities (including sending and receiving parcels at parcel machines) will be temporarily unavailable. Customers will be able to use APM again once the work is completed.
