The Trusted Profile maintenance break will make it difficult to log in to the e-Delivery and eForms service
The Ministry of Digital Affairs has announced a planned interruption in the availability of the Trusted Profile. Maintenance will begin on Friday, January 19th (at 8:00 PM) and will last until Saturday, January 20th (at 4:00 PM). Citizens will not be able to use e-government services, including e-Delivery and eForms, offered by Poczta Polska.
During maintenance, the ability to use the e-Delivery system via a Trusted Profile will be temporarily unavailable to customers. However, other customers who log in using the mObywatel app or an e-ID card will be able to use the service freely.
The technical break of the Trusted Profile will also suspend the functioning of eFORMS enabling the use of postal services such as: eINFO: advice, Registered to the mailbox, Forwarding, Delivery on request and Storage .
We encourage customers who verify their identity with a Trusted Profile to use e-Delivery and eForm services before planned service work.
