Postponement of the e-Delivery implementation deadline
On November 23rd of this year, the Minister of Digital Affairs announced a statement postponing the implementation of the e-Delivery system. According to the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the decision was made after consultations with obligated public entities and professions of public trust.
This decision stems from the need to provide additional time to implement the new solution and prepare internal regulations regarding the circulation of correspondence at the above-mentioned entities. The planned deadline of December 10, 2023, is being replaced by a new date – December 30, 2023.
Poczta Polska has been providing public services (PURDE and PUH) since October 5, 2021, which are already used by public entities. Services are provided in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Delivery Act, implementing regulations, and the Standard, therefore Poczta Polska meets all formal and legal requirements currently applicable to public services.
