Court shipments not at risk
On August 28th of this year, an amendment to the 2022 agreement between Poczta Polska and the Procurement Center for the Judiciary concerning the handling of court and prosecutor's office correspondence was signed. The amendment ensures full continuity of service until the end of 2025.
As a company of strategic importance to the state, Poczta Polska guarantees the uninterrupted delivery of court mail and remains ready to continue providing these services even after that date – under conditions that enable their reliable and secure implementation.
We have developed a temporary solution. However, we must take into account market conditions and the expectations of our contractors, as well as the fact that the government, including MAP, has already supported the Polish Post in obtaining reimbursements for services provided. The final solution should be economically and organizationally rational," said Sebastian Mikosz, CEO of Poczta Polska.
