For longer-term travelers, Poczta Polska offers a service that allows shipments to be stored for up to four weeks from the first delivery attempt. Typically, shipments remain at post offices for a maximum of 14 days. The appropriate form can be downloaded from the " Shipment Storage . The printed and completed form should be submitted in person to a post office or given to the postman. The fee depends on the storage period and is charged upon each shipment's collection, according to the prices listed in the price list.
For those who don't live at one permanent address but want to receive their mail, Poczta Polska recommends Poste Restante . This allows you to collect your shipment at any post office of your choice. It's important that the shipment is properly addressed. The following information should be provided: the recipient's first and last name or full name, the words "Poste Restante," the correct postal code, and the name of the post office that will deliver the shipment. Shipments sent via Poste Restante are delivered at the price of the service chosen by the customer, with no additional charge.
Poczta Polska offers a "Dospowiedzenie" (Redirect) , which allows you to redirect your parcel to a specified address without leaving home. Simply complete an electronic form available on the Poczta Polska website. The paper form can be given to the postman or submitted in person at a post office to ensure that parcels are delivered to the new address. Submitting a request using the electronic form also requires identity authentication at the receiving office. Customers submitting a request using the electronic form incur no additional costs; when submitting a request at a post office, they pay a one-time fee of PLN 6.00. The fee for sending a parcel depends on the type of parcel.

This service ensures that registered mail is delivered to the recipient's inbox. Additionally, the recipient can receive free text messages or emails informing them of the receipt of a registered mail. Requests for registered mail delivery to a mailbox can be submitted electronically or in paper form. Both electronic and paper forms are available on the Poczta Polska website. Paper forms can be obtained at any post office. The printed and completed form should be submitted in person at the office or given to the postman.
