We are restoring the ability to send international parcels to additional countries and territories.

As of January 18, Poczta Polska is restoring the ability to send GLOBAL Express parcels to an additional nine countries and priority mail to 26 countries and territories. This means that GLOBAL Express parcels are now accepted in 33 countries and territories, and priority mail parcels in over 180 locations. 

Following transport disruptions caused by the pandemic, Poczta Polska is restoring the ability to send GLOBAL Expres parcels to: Croatia, France, Spain, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, and Thailand. The list of countries to which priority parcels can be sent has been restored: Armenia, Australia, Ascension Island, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bhutan, Brunei, Congo (Democratic Republic of), Equatorial Guinea, Eswatini (Swaziland), Ethiopia, the Falkland Islands, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lesotho, Madagascar, Mauritius, Montenegro, Niger, Samoa, São Tomé and Príncipe, St. Helena, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Zimbabwe.

Due to the situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic, Poczta Polska (Polish Post) currently offers GLOBAL Express services to 32 countries. To enable customers to conveniently exchange international correspondence, Poczta Polska, in cooperation with foreign operators, is gradually expanding the list of countries to which this type of shipment can be re-sent.

The GLOBAL Express service is designed for the rapid shipment of small items (up to 2 kg) abroad. It offers an alternative to courier services and is available to both business and individual customers. GLOBAL Express allows for the sending of letter shipments, which can contain not only correspondence or documents, but also small items approved for postal circulation, such as CDs, books, product samples, and small items ordered from online stores.

The GLOBAL Express service is being implemented within the expected delivery times. Due to transportation disruptions, particularly air transport to certain countries, and operational restrictions by foreign postal operators (primarily in Ukraine), delays in the delivery of shipments to the aforementioned countries are expected.

The service allows you to track the status of your shipment from dispatch to delivery outside Poland. The sender also has the option of receiving delivery notifications via text message or email. GLOBAL Express shipments are subject to a compensation procedure.
