We have restored normal working hours in almost all of our branches.

post office_Polish_Post_2_As more sectors of the economy and socio-cultural life reopen, Poczta Polska (Polish Post) is resuming full operating hours at its branches. Currently, postal, banking, and insurance services are available at 99% of its locations during standard opening hours. All 24-hour branches and locations in shopping malls are also open.

Poczta Polska (Polish Post) has the largest network of over 7,600 branches in the country. Currently, nearly 5,300 branches are located in towns with populations under 50,000. Through Poland's largest network, customers gain easy and convenient access to a variety of services: postal, banking, insurance, logistics, and trade. The 24-hour branches located in provincial capitals are now open 24 hours a day; in the coming days, they will only be closed on June 11th due to a public holiday.

While resuming normal business hours, Poczta Polska is not abandoning the measures adopted to combat the coronavirus. Please remember to maintain a safe distance from both company employees and other customers. In offices, please remember to wear a mask and observe social distancing rules.
