The Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska appointed the Management Board for the 4th joint term of office

On May 6, the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska appointed the Management Board of Poczta Polska for the 4th joint term of office, composed of:

• Przemysław Sypniewski, President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska,
• Grzegorz Kurdziel, Vice President of the Management Board for Sales,
• Paweł Przychodzen, Vice President of the Management Board for Logistics,
• Tomasz Janka, Vice President of the Management Board for Development,
• Tomasz Cicirko, Vice President of the Management Board for Finance.

Mr. Andrzej Bodziony was elected to the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 4th term, according to the final results of the vote among Poczta Polska employees.

The members of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 4th term of office will take office on the day following the Annual General Meeting of Poczta Polska approving the financial statements of Poczta Polska for the financial year 2018.
