We're expanding our services to more countries. Letters can now be sent to over 100 countries and territories.

Starting August 27th, Poczta Polska will resume accepting letter mail (standard and registered) and priority parcels to Bahrain and Oman. Customers will also be able to use the EMS service again, addressed to Belgium, Qatar, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. The list of countries eligible for mail shipments has been expanded for the fourth time since the beginning of July.

Poczta Polska (Polish Post) is constantly expanding its international services and restoring the ability to handle international shipments after a wave of transport disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic. As of August 27, the company will resume sending priority letters and parcels to Bahrain and Oman, as well as using the EMS courier service to Belgium, Qatar, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

Customers who use international courier services offered by Poczta Polska may be interested in the reintroduction of EMS shipping to popular destinations: Belgium, Qatar, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. Parcels delivered via this service are delivered door-to-door. This solution makes EMS quite popular among customers who want to quickly and conveniently send documents or goods abroad.

Following these changes, the number of countries and territories to which letters can be sent has increased to one hundred, and priority mail parcels to 79. The list of countries served by Poczta Polska is constantly expanding, so we encourage you to follow updates. A list of countries and territories, along with the types of international services provided, is available here .

We also remind you that senders of letter items containing goods destined for non-European Union countries are required to detail the contents in a CN 22 or CN 23 customs declaration, and senders of postal parcels are required to detail the contents in a CP 72 file. These documents must be signed to certify that the shipments do not contain any dangerous items prohibited by postal regulations. Information on customs declarations and content restrictions can be found here .

Due to difficulties in transport, especially air transport to some countries, and limitations in the work of operational services of foreign postal operators, there may be delays in the delivery of parcels sent to other countries.
