Check how your post office works during the holiday season
Please note that post office opening hours will change during the Christmas and New Year period. The most up-to-date information about post office opening hours is available at placowki.poczta-polska.pl .
Below, we present our opening hours, with a note that some branches may have different opening hours. We will provide local notice of holiday availability changes at our branches in advance. However, we recommend checking your office's opening hours in the branch database .
Office opening hours during the holidays:
- December 24, 2020 – branches open until 1 p.m., 24/7 until 2 p.m.,
- December 25-26, 2020 – facilities closed,
- December 27, 2020 – resumption of operation of 24-hour branches and branches open on Sundays (non-trading Sundays)
- December 31, 2020 – branches open until 2:00 p.m., 24/7 until 6:00 p.m.,
- January 1, 2021 – facilities closed.
Facilities located in facilities on which they are dependent (e.g. ministries, courts, tax offices, municipal offices, shopping centers/malls) may be excluded from the above time frames.
