Due to holidays and travel outside of home, receiving mail may be difficult. Poczta Polska offers a wide range of parcel delivery services, giving customers the opportunity to choose the option best suited to their individual needs. 

Poczta Polska offers a service that allows you to store your parcel for a maximum of 14 days, starting the day after the collection deadline. Activation of the service can be requested electronically or in paper form. If you choose the latter, the printed and completed form must be submitted in person at a post office or given to the postman. The fee depends on the storage period and is charged each time you collect your parcel, according to the Poczta Polska price list available on the website. 

For customers who don't always stay at one address but want to receive their mail, Poczta Polska recommends the Poste Restante service. This allows you to pick up your shipment at any post office of your choice. When using this service, it's important that the shipment is properly addressed. The following information should be provided: the recipient's first and last name or full name, the word "Poste Restante," the correct postal code, and the name of the post office that will deliver the shipment. Shipments sent via Poste Restante are delivered at the price of the service chosen by the customer, with no additional charge. 

Another interesting service is Registered Mail. Thanks to this solution, you no longer have to worry about a collection deadline and rush to the post office after returning from vacation. This service involves placing addressed registered mail in the mailbox. Additionally, Poczta Polska can notify you that the addressed registered mail has been delivered. Simply provide your phone number or email address the online application

The Redirect service allows you to redirect your parcel to a specified address. It's an excellent option for customers changing their home or residence address. To use it, simply complete an electronic or paper form available on the Poczta Polska website. The paper form can be given to the postman or submitted in person at a post office to ensure parcels are delivered to the new address. Submitting a request using the electronic form requires additional identity authentication through a trusted profile or in person at the delivery office. Customers submitting a request using the electronic form incur no additional costs. Those submitting a request at a post office pay a one-time fee of PLN 6.00. The fee for redirecting the parcel depends on the type of parcel. The request is processed for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. The service period can be extended. 

It is worth remembering that the above services do not include: documents in criminal, civil, court-administrative, administrative, tax proceedings and documents concerning violations of public finance discipline, postal parcels and Pocztex.
