Poczta Polska (Polish Post) announces that pensions and annuities due on December 25th will be delivered before Christmas. Another important piece of information for all Poczta Polska customers is the office opening hours during the Christmas and New Year period. Details are below.
Post offices
On , December 24 , post offices will be open until 1:00 PM. 24-hour offices and those with the longest opening hours in a given voivodeship will be available to customers until 2:00 PM. On December 25 and Thursday, the entire network of post offices will remain closed. On Friday, December 27, post offices will resume operations according to standard opening hours.
On December 31st , post offices will be open until 4:00 PM. 24-hour offices and those with the longest opening hours in a given voivodeship will be available to customers until 6:00 PM. On Wednesday, January 1st, the entire network of post offices will remain closed. On January 2nd , post offices will resume normal opening hours. January 6th, Epiphany, the entire network of post offices will remain closed, while on January 7th, post offices will resume normal opening hours.
Branches located in facilities on which they are dependent (e.g. ministries, courts, tax offices, municipal offices, shopping centers or malls) may operate at hours other than those specified above.

Payment of pension benefits
Postmen will be paying pension and disability benefits due on December 25th from December 20th this year – all payments for which Poczta Polska is responsible will be delivered to the recipients by Christmas.
