Toruń: the facility in the Rubinkowo housing estate is opening in a new location
On June 25, 2025, a new Polish Post office opened in Toruń, moving from Działowskiego Street 11 to Dziewulskiego Street 12. The modernly furnished and equipped office is just a few minutes' walk from its current location. Residents can use postal services here every weekday and on Saturdays.
The office had to be relocated because the new owner of the property did not renew the lease agreement for the premises where it had previously operated. Therefore, the management of Poczta Polska immediately initiated negotiations with the Rubinkowo Housing Cooperative to quickly find a new location that would meet all requirements and ensure customer convenience. And such a location was found on nearby Dziewulskiego Street.
The main advantage of the new facility is its excellent location – in the center of the district, on the ground floor, surrounded by numerous retail and service outlets (including a market, grocery and clothing stores, a pharmacy, a clinic, a bank, and an insurance agency), as well as close to a school, kindergarten, and a swimming pool.
The facility at 12 Władysława Dziewulskiego Street is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The branch has been redesigned with a new layout that has been appreciated by customers. It now features two customer service desks, and the Bank Pocztowy desk has been relocated to the post office at 35 Łódzka Street. The facility is accessible to people with disabilities.
