Postal services have changed. Full information can be found at www.poczta-polska.pl.
On the website www.poczta-polska.pl all information regarding services and new procedures introduced in connection with the current epidemic is available in one place.
The postal operator has implemented a number of measures to reduce the risk of the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and ensure maximum safety for employees, customers, and business partners. In constant contact with the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and other services responsible for the safety of Poles, the company has decided, among other things, to create special safety zones and purchase disinfectants, masks, and disposable gloves for employees. New procedures have been introduced for confirming receipt of registered letters and parcels, replacing the traditional signature with the last four digits of an ID document.
Due to increased employee absenteeism, the Polish Post Office has reduced its postal office hours. International shipment options have also been modified. Due to the lack of air freight, the Polish Post Office is organizing land and sea transport, restoring shipments to Europe, America, and Australia.
