Holidays are a time when we spend more time outside the place of residence. Customers who want to enjoy the summer, but all important matters related to postal services like to have under control, can take advantage of many amenities. Most of them offer Poczta Polska throughout the year, but they will be useful especially during holiday trips.
Storing a shipment is a long -term service - up to four weeks from the first attempt to deliver - storage of the parcel. By default, shipments remain in the facilities for a maximum of 14 days. In order for the parcel to be stored longer, you must submit an appropriate instruction - electronically or in paper. The print form, which is available here , can be handed over to an employee of a post office or a postman. The fee for the service depends on the period of storage of the parcel and is calculated each time, according to the price list, when receiving it. Depending on the type of shipment, the fee is from PLN 0.50 to PLN 2.00 per day. The service does not include letters in criminal, civil, judicial and administrative, administrative, tax and letters in a case of violation of public finance discipline, shipments with bees and chicks of domestic birds, samples with milk and Pocztex shipments.
Posttante allows you to pick up a parcel at any selected post office. The service is recommended to all who change the addresses of the place where they are available. The condition for using the service is the proper addressing of the parcel. The following data should appear in the correct order: name and surname or full name of the addressee, the inscription Posttante, the correct postal code and the name of the post office, which is to issue a parcel. Shipments broadcast on a reststante should be delivered at the price of the service chosen by the customer, without an additional fee.
Another service - redirecting (making) - allows you to redirect the parcel to another, indicated address. To do this, just fill out the form - electronically or in paper. In the latter option, submit a form to a post office or pass it on to a postman. Submission of a request using the electronic form requires identity authentication through the National Electronic Identification Node or in person in a passing facility. The fee for sending a parcel depends on its type. The service does not include the same letters and shipments as in the Shipping Store service.
If the customer wants the notified registered parcel to be re -delivered to the address indicated on the parcel, he can use the service on request. The service can be ordered electronically , by phone (+48 43 842 06 00 from mobile phones and abroad 801 333 444 from landline phones) or at a postman, passing the completed form. The service fee is 4.50 PLN.
Poczta Polska also offers a useful service for people who are often outside the home, not only during the holidays. Using the free service to the box, postal parcels go to the recipient's box. The service can be used by submitting the appropriate form - electronically or in paper form, providing it to an employee of a post office or a postman.
All forms that can be submitted in a traditional version can be downloaded from the Poczta Polska website. They are also available in post offices.
Poczta Polska also offers a number of other services for people who want to receive and broadcast in a convenient way.
