Beware of fake emails about non-delivery
The national postal operator reports a phishing campaign sent to electronic mailboxes in which cybercriminals impersonate Poczta Polska.
An email with the subject "No delivery notification" is sent from the address test@a-m2.ru , which contains information about the non-delivery of the parcel to the recipient and how to collect it, including persuading the recipient to click on a suspicious link.
Please be wary of messages with similar subject lines and content that contain a suspicious link or attachment. Please do not click on the link or open the attachment.
We would like to remind you that the correct website address of Poczta Polska is https://www.poczta-polska.pl and the address for tracking parcels is: https://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/ .
If you receive suspicious messages or suspect any irregularities or discrepancies, please report the matter to the police and immediately inform us at cyberbezpieczenstwo[at]poczta-polska.pl . This will allow us to warn other online users.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that Poczta Polska does not charge fees for holding parcels and is not responsible for the consequences of actions taken by customers in messages disseminated by other entities, including entities impersonating Poczta Polska.
