Warning! Scammers are impersonating the Polish Post Office.

Dear Client,

Recently, we've seen an increase in phishing attacks, where scammers impersonate the Polish Post Office. Recipients receive fake text messages and emails asking them to click on a suspicious link and pay small fees for supposed deliveries..

How to spot fake news:

  • The SMS begins with the words "Poczta Polska" and asks you to click on a shortened link.
  • Links in email/SMS messages lead to a website that is not the official domain of Poczta Polska.
  • The page may be partially or incorrectly translated from a foreign language, e.g. English.

How to react:

  • You can report SMS messages to security analysis by calling 8080.
  • Use official mechanisms to track shipments.
  • Check your email account regularly and change your password if you suspect it may have been compromised.
