Holiday offers from Poczta Polska

Poczta Polska (Polish Post) has opened additional seasonal post offices during the holiday season. While you're on your summer break, it's worth checking out Poczta Polska's offerings and sending a holiday card to your loved ones.

According to a PBS survey commissioned by the Polish Tourist Organization and conducted in the second half of June 2020, the vast majority of Poles (82%) plan to spend their holidays in Poland. This is partly due to the global pandemic.

With vacationers in mind, Poczta Polska has opened seasonal post offices in attractive tourist destinations. The post office in Sanok will be open until October 31st, the one in Włodawa until September 15th, and the offices in Ustka, Rowy, and Łazy will serve our customers until the end of August, as will the seasonal office in Pogorzelica. The company is also expanding its offer of scenic cards for vacationers in tourist resorts and towns. These cards are designed for the summer holiday season, specifically for tourists visiting attractive destinations. The holiday postcards offered here are themed around time and place. Last year, between May and September 2019, we sold over 1.5 million scenic cards. This year, from May 1st to mid-July, we sold nearly 220,000. Last year, the highest sales were in Ustka.

You can also send a traditional, paper postcard from your vacation from anywhere with internet access – from the seaside, lakeside, mountains, or even abroad. Simply visit the platform www.envelo.pl/pocztowka . You can choose from 25 ready-made summer card designs or add your photo to one of 18 holiday-themed postcard frames. After entering the recipient's address, you can send the package. You can print and send such a card for just 4.99 PLN.

To encourage summer vacations in Poland, Poczta Polska has introduced two new stamps from the "Poland See More" issue. The extraordinary beauty of Polish landscapes is showcased in the Biebrza National Park and the Muskau Arch GEOPARK. These are the latest additions to the "Poland See More" series. In 2018, Poczta Polska issued stamps depicting the Baltic coast and the Weimar Chamber in the Wieliczka Salt Mine.
