The application for an energy voucher can be sent via Poczta Polska
Starting August 1st, applications for energy vouchers can be submitted. Depending on preferences and resources, those eligible for the one-time financial benefit can submit their application electronically or in writing. Both applications submitted in person at the municipality and those sent via Poczta Polska will be accepted.
Applications for energy vouchers can be submitted from August 1st to September 30th, 2024, online (ePUAP platform and the mObywatel app) or in paper form. Paper applications must be signed by hand, while electronic applications must be signed with a qualified electronic signature, a trusted signature, or a personal signature. Those who choose the traditional method can submit their application at a post office. A printable application form is available on the Ministry of Climate and Environment website.
Poczta Polska supports digitally excluded individuals and those who prefer traditional solutions (e.g., paper forms). Sending documents through Poczta Polska is certified by a stamp with the date of mailing. Applications can be dropped off at Poczta Polska's own branch, a branch post office, or a postal agency. In total, customers can choose from approximately 7,600 locations where they can drop off a package containing an application entitling them to support.
