Pocztex parcels can now be sent in Żabka chain stores!

Poczta Polska, the Żabka chain of stores, and its technological partner Pointpack are expanding their partnership in parcel handling. Under the new agreement signed this spring, further steps are being taken to ensure customer convenience and comfort – providing easier, faster, and more comprehensive service for those who wish to handle a range of matters during a single store visit. Now, thanks to this fruitful and constantly expanding partnership, Poczta Polska customers have the option of sending parcels through the Żabka chain of stores.

The growing interest of individual customers in both online sales and purchases is reflected in the proposal to expand Poczta Polska's existing partnership with the Żabka chain. The goal of this expanding partnership is to offer the widest possible range of services for customers to use during their visit. Earlier in April of this year, customers selling on Vinted.pl gained the ability to quickly and conveniently ship parcels at Żabka locations. As of December 9th, we have expanded this option to all individual customers wishing to ship a parcel. Thanks to this expanded partnership, Poczta Polska gains 8,900 new parcel shipping locations.

It is worth emphasizing that due to convenient opening hours, parcels can be sent in Żabka stores from Monday to Saturday, from morning until late evening, and in some stores – even on Sunday.

Pocztex service of Poczta Polska offers multi-channel delivery: three delivery methods to choose from – Pocztex PUNKT (delivery to a wide network of collection points – own and partner ones), Pocztex AUTOMAT (delivery to parcel machines throughout the country) and Pocztex KURIER (delivery to a specified address).

Customers are increasingly choosing the Żabka pickup option due to the security of their parcels, guaranteed by Poczta Polska, as well as the convenience and proximity of its stores. Thanks to the cooperation between Poczta Polska
and the Żabka chain, parcels can not only be picked up but now also dropped off during everyday shopping, on the way home or to work. The in-store pickup and drop-off option also contributes to environmental protection by reducing the number of kilometers traveled by couriers.

The agreement between Poczta Polska and Żabka provides for further expansion of cooperation in handling courier shipments for business and retail customers. One of the improvements already introduced is the ability to return purchased goods at Żabka stores.

Convenient locations and flexible opening hours of Żabka stores make this chain the most frequently chosen pickup location within the Pocztex PUNKT delivery channel. From the customer's perspective, these factors play a key role when choosing a pickup location.
