Start using e-Registered and forget about paper notifications

Since the beginning of this year, the obligation to use the e-Delivery system has been expanded for communications with public entities. On January 1st, it was extended to offices and representatives of professions of public trust – attorneys, legal advisors, and notaries – and on April 1st to entrepreneurs registered in the National Court Register. At the same time, to eliminate the need to collect a notified letter from a post office in communications between companies and citizens, Poczta Polska is offering an e-Poleconyservice.

E-Polecony complements the public e-Delivery service. In e-Delivery, which is universal and free of charge, one party to the correspondence is always a public institution. E-Polecony , on the other hand, is intended for the exchange of correspondence between companies, entrepreneurs, associations, and individuals. Thanks to the use of advanced technologies and cryptographic mechanisms, e-Polecony guarantees full protection of content integrity, confidentiality, and the certainty of the sender and recipient's identification.

e-Polecony brings only benefits

e-Polecony mail offers the convenience of sending and receiving mail from anywhere, 24/7, and from any device with internet access. Sending e-Polecony saves time and money. Parcels reach the recipient in seconds and are cheaper than sending a traditional paper letter – the price for e-Polecony is just 2.20 PLN gross.

Another advantage of e-Poleconymail is its security: documents are encrypted and protected at every stage of data transmission. It's worth noting that having a free ADE account doesn't mean you're exposed to unwanted advertising and spam. Bulk customers will also appreciate its automation, which allows them to automatically generate and send documents to multiple recipients. Parcels are delivered in real time, along with formal proof of delivery and receipt. E-Polecony mail is also eco-friendly. It eliminates both the paper on which the letter is printed and, for example, paper delivery advice notes.
